As the title implies this is the "missing manual" that should have been in the box of the new version of AppleWorks. With its very complete coverage of all parts of this new multi-module program the novicetrouble in putting it to work. Because this is not an Apple publication the authors don't hesitate in pointing out the program's weaknesses and offer workarounds.

When I pickup a book in a bookstore to see if it is for me I glance through the table of contents, then the index, and then read a few parts of the book. You can do the same on the internet by going to MissingManual.com where you can find the detailed Table of Contents (a condensed version is shown below), the Index, even the complete Chapter 3 of the book. I recommend this book.
